For this project, we have designed a number of bodyparts made of aluminum alloy, as well as lightweight fiberglass. Thus, the body got improved weight distribution and more thoughtful aerodynamics.
Hood-Aluminum: The hood is made of light alloy and has a noticeable "hump" for the sake of larger engine
Fender-Fiberglass plastic: Both the front and back fenders are designed considering the non-standard size of the wheels and the widening of the wheel track.
The back has also undergone major changes. Now it has a power packed splitter and several other aerodynamic parts. The lights were also customized. Despite the increase in the number of body parts, the weight of the back decreased.
Back Splitter-Fiberglass plastic: Splitter was first introduced as part of racing cars. Since our client loves to set the tires on fire, the splitter is mandatory.
Back Part-Fiberglass plastic: Fiberglass is durable and yet very light. We try to avoid fragile factory panels.
Front part-Fiberglass plastic: The front part combines a radiator grille frame, a bumper and an air intake system.
Lights-LED Light: Expressive "look" was obtained through the use of LED lights with "angel eyes" effect.
Splitter-Aluminum: Rigid light part which changes the geometry of the air flow; it improves the grip on the road in a straight line and on the turns.
Wheels-Forged steel: Aesthetically impressive forging is lightweight and high-strength.
Side Sills-Fiberglass plastic: Side skirts optimize the airflow around the body, and also improve the appearance of the car.
Doors-Fiberglass plastic: The door panels look better than the factory option thanks to reducing the weight of the part and improved design.
Spoiler-Fiberglass plastic: A concise detail of aerodynamic preparation of the car allows to lower the chances of the side slipping of the rear-wheel drive chassis.
Lights-LED Light: More expressive look at the night streets, economical energy use.
